Flamenco guitar Lester Devoe 2005

The Californian guitar maker Lester Devoe is the luthier who made this fine flamenco guitar, made in 2005. Lester Devoe is regarded as one of the best flamenco guitar makers in the world. In fact, his pieces of work have been praised and played by Paco de Lucia, Vicente Amigo, Sabicas… both in recording studios and live concerts.

The different woods in this flamenco guitar are of the top existing quality. The top is made of german spruce, with an outlined grain, straight and smooth, that endorse its exceptional quality. The back and sides are made of Indian rosewood, with a straight grain and beautiful tones. The finishing is elegant and sober.

The sound of this guitar is unique. The basses are unbelievably strong and deep, the trebles are sweet and clear, with an unmatchable sustain and projection. The harmonics it releases are truly magic. It is definitely a perfect sound, which makes us understand the respect and admiration that this guitar maker gets from the guitar world.

The tension of this fine flamenco guitar is medium, and the height of strings in the saddle and fingerboard, very balanced, so it is highly comfortable for both hands.

The condition of this flamenco guitar is excellent and completely original, without any kind of cracks or repairs whatsoever.
