This flamenco guitar has been made by the great luthier Francisco Barba in 2022. He is regarded as one of the best guitar makers ever and his guitars have been (and are) praised and used by some of the best guitarists in the world: Niño de Pura, Manuel Molina, Rafael Riqueni, Pepe Habichuela… and so many others.

This flamenco guitar is built with superior quality woods. The German spruce sound top has a perfect veining: straight, uniform and very marked over its entire surface. The back and sides are made of cypress wood, whose beauty and quality are simply magnificent. The edging work details and finishing are simply perfect.

Specially remarkable has to be the headstock: a traditional one, but with an internal mechanism, making accurate tuning possible, without the disadvantages of the old wooden headstocks, combining thus the beauty of the latter with the accuracy and convenience of the modern mechanical headstock.

This flamenco guitar is really spectacular and confirms, once more, that the extraordinarily high quality levels, regarding making and sound, attained by this luthier is something found in every single instrument he makes. He never disappoints us. In fact, he beats all our expectations. Its strumming and perfect balance in the bass strings as regards depth/brightness are unbeatable, just like its flamenco timbre. The bright trebles, accurate and with a surprisingly wide variety of harmonics.

The comfort provided by this instrument is unbeatable. The height of strings is the lowest on fret 12 we have ever had (and it sounds clean!): 1,8 milimetres… which offers unparalleled accuracy and easy performance on the left hand, which the scholar guitarist will appreciate for the rest of his/her life.
