This flamenco guitar was made by the guitar maker Francisco Sánchez, from Estepa (Sevilla) in 2020. After starting his career as a guitar maker in 1999, he made a name for himself in the current panorama, getting a great reputation due to his elaborate making and a great sound quality attained in every single guitar made.
The woods employed for the construction of this guitar are excellent quality, the sound top is made of German spruce, with an even and straight grain on the entire surface. The back and sides are made of beautiful cypress tree, with a straight and simple veining, the finishes are elegant and sober.
The sound of this flamenco guitar is really spectacular. As regards new guitars, we are before an instrument which, had one not known the date it was made on, it could trick any expert performer, as it has some nuances and particularities which can only be acquired and shown in the very best guitars as years go by.
Francisco Sánchez´s guitars express a kind of personality capable of awakening a nostalgic halo inside any of us. They take us back to the past, with echoes of the greatest guitars made by the greatest geniuses, such as Santos, Marcelo, Rodríguez… There is no doubt Francisco Sánchez is one of the best luthiers of our time. This flamenco guitar has got middle tension, and a perfect height of strings in the saddle and fingerboard, providing the guitarist with a high degree of comfort for both hands, as well as an easy performance.
