This flamenco guitar was built by master luthier Antonio Raya Pardo in 1982. This constructor is considered one of the most representative guitar builders of the Granada school, after establishing his own workshop in 1977, his name has gained a well-deserved prestige and recognition supported by the 600 guitars built to date.
The chosen woods for this flamenco guitar are German spruce for the top, with a completely straight and even grain, and cypress for back and sides, a very selected woods and a drying process and optimal healing.
This guitar has a beautiful flamenco sound, with that particular and unique timbre of guitars from Granada, which captivates us from the very first chord. The way we see it, Antonio Raya Pardo´s guitars have always been some of the most interesting ones in Granada guitar school. It is explained by the fact that they offer a perfect balance between confort and sound quality, which results in a fun instrument, which one never gets tired of playing. This is undoubtedly one of the reasons why their availability is really low in the second-hand market.
The tension of this flamenco guitar is middle-low. The height of the strings in the fingerboard and saddle is very balanced, providing us with a high level of comfort for both hands, as well as simplicity for the performance itself.
The condition is excellent, being completely original and without any single kind of crack or repair whatsoever.
