This flamenco guitar was built by the prestigious Hermanos Conde de Madrid, in the year 1988. After having worked together in 7 Gravina Street, Mariano Conde decided to work on his own in Felipe V Street, Madrid, where he taught his children, Mariano and Felipe Conde, the art of guitar making. These two children learnt so much that they managed to take over the workshop until 2010.
This flamenco guitar belongs to a special series made in 1988 by Mariano Conde (father). After his brother Faustino Conde´s passing and the opening of a store in Felipe V Street by Mariano Conde, along with his sons Felipe and Mariano in 1980, they decided to make a special series of guitars. It was intended to consolidate the trust of guitarists and customers towards the new store, as the only workshop following the tradition and heritage of the firm Conde and Esteso´s heirs. The result was a really reduced and exclusive selection of instruments with a careful making process, and a spectacular sound, all of which is particularly appreciated by performers and collectors all over the world.
This flamenco guitar belonged to the Habichuela family ever since it was made.
The tension of this flamenco guitar is medium, and the heights of the strings in fingerboard and saddle are perfect, providing us with such a high degree of comfort that one will be delighted.
The condition is excellent and completely original, without any kind of cracks or repairs whatsoever.
