This flamenco guitar was made by Jesús Bellido in 2002. Jesús started working as a luthier when he was 10 years old, in Manuel Bellido´s workshop (his father and mentor). Seven years later, aged 17, he started making guitars using his own name. His guitars are really easy to play, and they are provided with a surprising sound quality, and a very personal timbre, which makes it easy to tell them from his father´s instruments.
The chosen woods for this flamenco guitar are German spruce for the top, with a completely straight and even grain, and cypress for back and sides, a very selected woods and a drying process and optimal healing. The edging work details and finishing are simply perfect.
The sound of this guitar is the typical “Andalusian sound” with features that only a concert guitar can have, with a great balance in bass-treble relationship perfect, perfect both for a concert or for “cante” and “baile” accompaniment.
The tension of the guitar is medium, and the height of the strings in saddle and fingerboard perfect, really balanced, which grants the performer a high degree of comfort for both hands.
The condition is excellent and completely original, without any kind of cracks or repairs whatsoever.
