The Californian guitar maker Lester Devoe is the luthier who made this fine flamenco guitar, made in 2012. Lester Devoe is regarded as one of the best flamenco guitar makers in the world. In fact, his pieces of work have been praised and played by Paco de Lucia, Vicente Amigo, Sabicas… both in recording studios and live concerts.

This flamenco guitar is the highest model crafted by this artisan. The quality of its woods and finishes, as well as its sound, represent excellence embodied in a guitar. A true gem built as a special commission with the finest woods: German spruce top with pronounced, straight, and uniform grain, and dark rosewood with beautiful coppery reflections and an intoxicating sweet aroma.

This guitar has the highly-valued “rebound beating” on the right hand, combined with fantastic softness on the left one, thus accomplishing the “perfect instrument”, should we want to spend hours and hours playing non-stop with a nice feeling of ease. The height on the fret 12 is 2.1 millimeters, which allows our left hand to do its job very easily and fluently.
