This flamenco guitar was built by the firm Pedro Miguel of Madrid, his guitars have been chosen by renowned guitarists as Josemi Carmona, Rafael Riqueni, Gerardo Núñez, Jeronimo Maya… among others.
This flamenco guitar belonged to the guitarist José Quevedo, aka Bolita. Specially made for the artist, along with two other identical guitars for Pepe Habichuela and Miguel Ángel Cortés, this guitar was made by the luthier Pedro Pérez (1958-2008) in 1998, the time of the maximum splendor of this firm from Madrid, in our opinion.
The woods employed for this guitar is German spruce for the top and indian rosewood for back and sides. The top has got a very marked, straight and even grain along its whole surface. The back and sides are made of indian rosewood with an outstanding quality and beauty.
This flamenco guitar is, without any doubt, the best guitar in the firm which we have had the chance to play so far. Its beating, strumming, musicalness, volume… they all make it one of the best options for the most demanding guitarist.
This flamenco guitar has got medium tension, and a perfect height of strings in the saddle and fingerboard, providing the guitarist with a high degree of comfort for both hands, as well as an easy performance.
The condition of this flamenco guitar is excellent, being completely original and without any single kind of crack or repair whatsoever.
