Classical guitar Jerónimo Peña 1984

This classical guitar is built by the guitar maker Jerónimo Peña Fernández from Marmolejo (Jaén). This guitar teacher has received numerous awards and citations for his work and his guitars have been used by soloists like Andrés Segovia, Manolo Franco … The wood of this guitar are of extreme quality.

The woods of this classical guitar are of the top existing quality. The top is made of canadian cedar, with an outlined grain, straight and smooth, that endorse its exceptional quality. The back and sides are made of Indian rosewood, with a straight grain and beautiful tones.
The overall finish and the carving on the bridge and head are extremely elaborate, down to the smallest detail, this is a hallmark of this guitar maker since its inception.

The sound of this guitar is unique. The basses are unbelievably strong and deep, the trebles are sweet and clear, with an unmatchable sustain and projection. The harmonics it releases are truly magic.

The tension of this classical guitar is medium, and the height of the strings in the saddle and fingerboard, really balanced, which provides us with a high degree of comfort for both hands.

Although it is a guitar of 1984 the condition of this guitar is completely new and original as it belonged to a collector.
