Flamenco guitar Francisco Barba 2007

This flamenco guitar has been made by the great luthier Francisco Barba in 2007. He is regarded as one of the best guitar makers ever and his guitars have been (and are) praised and used by some of the best guitarists in the world: Niño de Pura, Manuel Molina, Rafael Riqueni, Pepe Habichuela… and so many others.

The different woods in this flamenco guitar are of the top existing quality. The top is made of German spruce, with an outlined grain, straight and smooth, that endorse its exceptional quality. The back and sides are made of beautiful cypress, with a straight and simple veining. The edging work details and finishing are simply perfect.

Its sound is really marvelous. To be honest, it is one of the best flamenco guitars we have ever had of this artisan, possesses some special features and nuances, where the flamenco touch from this luthier can be definitely found. The basses are deep and strumming, and the trebles, bright and crystal clear, with a sustained sound that sees itself amplified by the wide variety of harmonics that come from all its notes along the fretboard.

The tension is medium, and the height of the strings in saddle and fingerboard perfect, really balanced, which grants the performer a high degree of comfort for both hands.

The condition of this flamenco guitar is excellent and completely original, without any crack or repair whatsoever.
