[vc_row][vc_column width=’1/2′]The master guitarist Jerónimo Maya delights us with a magnificent bulería performed live on the Solera Flamenca stage, accompanied by the palmas and jaleos of Juan Mateos and Diego Amaya.

We have known Jerónimo for many years, and we can assure you that he has refined and exquisite taste when it comes to selecting an instrument. He is not easily impressed. Last year, he had the opportunity to try out some guitars made by master luthier Geoff Rashe at Solera, but the truth is that they had all already been sold on commission. He was so impressed by this luthier’s work that he did not hesitate to commission a guitar made of cedar and rosewood.

On the very day of the concert at Solera, Geoff arrived with Jerónimo’s newly completed guitar. After trying it out, Jerónimo immediately stepped onto the stage to debut it, without a second thought and without any adjustment period whatsoever. We believe that says it all.

A beautiful guitar that you can hear in this bulería and which will accompany him in his future concerts and recordings.
