Lester Devoe is regarded as one of the best flamenco guitar makers in the world. In fact, his pieces of work have been praised and played by Paco de Lucia, Vicente Amigo, Sabicas… both in recording studios and live concerts.

The woods of this flamenco guitar are extraordinary. The German spruce top features very pronounced, straight, and uniform grain. The sides and back are made of the highest-quality cypress, both for the cut and for the excellent curing process that this luthier applies to his woods for years. The finish is simple, sober, and elegant.

This flamenco guitar is one of the finest and most special instruments from the Californian genius that we have ever had. In fact, it was part of our personal collection for several years. Its tone is flamenco, powerful, crisp, and bright, with an immediate response and an acoustic perfection that is hard to believe. It is a very light guitar whose body vibrates noticeably with just a soft touch.

The action is medium, with a low string height at both the saddle and fingerboard, allowing the left hand to work with extreme ease and fluidity.

The condition of this flamenco guitar is excellent and entirely original, with no cracks or repairs of any kind.

VIDEO RECORDED WITH IPHONE 15 PRO, APOGEE DUET 3 SOUND CARD, AND NEUMANN KM184 MICROPHONE.
