This flamenco guitar was made by master luthier Félix Manzanero, one of the best journeymen of the legendary house “José Ramírez”, where so many master luthiers have worked. After twelve years working in this workshop, he decided to move to another one in order to work by himself, in 12 Santa Ana Street, where so many guitarists and performers all over the world have gone, asking for his fantastic guitars.

This guitar was made in 1985, considered the most productive period of this craftsman. Félix Manzanero has been one of the best guitar makers who ever worked for the firm Ramírez, with these guitars having the seal with the initials “F.M.” inside. Some of them were the most valuable and wanted ones. The woods of this guitar are simply spectacular, with aesthetics and level really hard to find at present. The german spruce and cypress employed, as well as the details on the trimming of the rosette, the “fileteado” (styled iconography) and its finishes all prove this guitar model was the highest level ones this luthier made.

Its sound is complex and balanced, with a particularly flamenco timbre in which we find remarkable depth and clarity. There is no doubt it is a flamenco guitar far above the rest of the instruments of its category, although its price does not match its quality.

This flamenco guitar has got medium tension, and a perfectly balanced height of strings in the saddle and fingerboard, providing the guitarist with a high degree of comfort for both hands, as well as an easy performance.

The condition of this guitar is excellent and completly original, without any cracks or repairs.
