This flamenco guitar was built in the landmark workshop Gravina Street No. 7 by the nephews of the master luthier Domingo Esteso, then run by brothers Faustino, Julio and Mariano Conde. Many were the figures who passed through this workshop suing their guitars as Paco de Lucia, Melchor de Marchena, Niño Ricardo, Cepero, Juan Habichuela… and much more.

This is the kind of guitar which is found only once in a lifetime (in case luck is on your side). The woods of this instrument are unrivalled: the best German spruce top we have ever seen, and everything in the same guitar. No cracks, no repairs. Made in 1941 by Faustino and Mariano Conde, this instrument makes us think we may be before a really special commission, whether it is due to a superior model of a higher price or owing to some kind of friendship with the customer. The truth is, we have never seen such an incredibly well selected range of woods for a single guitar, as well as the overall making down-to-detail quality. And what about the sound? We will only say it is at the same level as what has been mentioned above. It is simply something else.

This flamenco guitar has got medium tension, and a perfectly balanced height of strings in the saddle and fingerboard, providing the guitarist with a high degree of comfort for both hands, as well as an easy performance.

The condition is excellent, without any cracks of any kind. Only the original traditional pegboxes were replaced by mechanical ones, when the former broke.
