This flamenco guitar has been made by master luthier Pedro Muriel in 2023. This guitar maker, based in Herrera (Seville), began his journey into guitar making driven by his deep passion for the flamenco guitar. Throughout his career, and thanks to his constant desire to deepen his knowledge of the art of lutherie, he has had the opportunity to share countless conversations and meetings with some of the greatest guitar makers of our time, including Manuel Reyes and Francisco Barba, from whom he has gained invaluable knowledge and experience. He has also shared a workshop with Francisco Sánchez, where, thanks to the master’s generosity, he has been able to develop and refine his current concept of guitar making. Through his hands have passed guitars built by some of the most important luthiers in history, including Gerundino Fernández, Manuel Reyes, Francisco Barba, Santos Hernández, Antonio de Torres and Marcelo Barbero, among many others. This has enabled him to study their different construction styles in great detail and acquire a profound understanding of the handcrafted guitar, establishing himself as one of today’s most distinguished guitar makers.

This is one of the first guitars we received built with the sequoia wood that we acquired a few months ago and that we distributed among the best guitar makers so that they could build guitars of superior quality for us, exclusive and unique. This flamenco guitar is a true gem for anyone who seeks for artistic excellence. Its sound quality is unbeatable, and this is something we can notice the second we hear it, compared to any other guitar. Its balanced is extremely accurate, as regards brightness/depth in the bass strings, with which exceptionally flamenco strumming is obtained. At the same time, a really beating bass sound, which makes the whole instrument vibrate. The trebles are crystal-clear and with an out-of-this-world scope, which make the effect of playing “all in”, doing their very best, indeed, with all of the sound being projected outwards. A real work of art made by someone who is, in our opinion, one of the very best makers in history.

The strings height and adjustment which this guitar allows is simply perfect, this permits an extremely comfortable touch in both hands and an increase in fluidity when playing the instrument.

The condition of this flamenco guitar is brand new.
