This flamenco guitar was built by the master luthier Manuel Reyes in 1993. His guitars are regarded as true works of art, and he is widely recognized as one of the greatest guitar makers in history. His instruments have been, and continue to be, played by renowned guitarists around the world, including Vicente Amigo, Tomatito, José Luis Postigo, Manolo Franco and many others.

The tonewoods used for this flamenco guitar are truly exceptional. The German spruce soundboard features perfectly straight and remarkably uniform grain. The back and sides are made from premium-quality cypress, equally distinguished by its straight, elegant grain. The craftsmanship and appointments are unmistakably those of Manuel Reyes: simple, understated and timelessly elegant.

Once again, we have the privilege of welcoming a guitar by this legendary craftsman to Solera Flamenca. Every time we have the opportunity to add a Manuel Reyes to our collection, we feel the same excitement as we did the very first time, and this guitar is certainly no exception. Having had the privilege of handling a great number of instruments by this iconic maker, we can confidently say that this is one of the finest Manuel Reyes guitars we have ever had.

Its sound embodies everything that has made Manuel Reyes an absolute benchmark in the world of flamenco guitar: an unmistakably flamenco voice, full of character, immediate response, extraordinary harmonic richness and exceptional projection. The balance between power, warmth and percussiveness is simply outstanding, with that unmistakable flamenco character that inevitably recalls the sound of maestro Vicente Amigo. It is a true concert instrument, offering the volume, presence and projection found only in the finest concert guitars.

The action of this flamenco guitar is medium, with perfectly balanced string heights at both the fingerboard and saddle, providing exceptional comfort for both hands and outstanding ease of play.

This flamenco guitar remains in excellent, completely original condition, with no cracks or repairs of any kind.
