8 Falsetas por Bulerías by Maestro Jerónimo Maya!

After the success of the last production compiling bulerías falsetas by Maestro José Gálvez, we’ve decided to create a series featuring several of the artists who have passed through Solera Flamenca over the years.

In this second installment, we present a collection of 8 bulerías falsetas by Maestro Jerónimo Maya… enjoy it!!!

Jerónimo Maya, a true genius of the instrument and a direct descendant of the legendary guitarist Ramón Montoya, began his musical career at the early age of five. He was soon recognized as a child prodigy by both the public and the flamenco community, earning the admiration of great masters such as Sabicas and Paco de Lucía.

His playing, besides being virtuosic, overflows with personality and character. His complex harmonies and musical conception are far ahead of their time.

Throughout his career, he has accompanied many of the greatest contemporary flamenco singers: Diego el Cigala, Chano Lobato, Esperanza Fernández, Estrella Morente, José de la Tomasa, and more frequently his uncle Ricardo Losada El Yunque, Ginesa Ortega, and Paco del Pozo. He has also shared the stage with artists such as Paco de Lucía, Camarón de la Isla, and Sabicas, with whom he shared a close friendship.
