This flamenco guitar was made in 2016 by the master luthier Ricardo Sanchis Carpio, from Valencia. His guitars are often praised and played in the flamenco world, in which these guitars could be seen on stage all over the world, with guitar performers such as Pedro Sierra, Tomatito, José Andrés Cortés, and many others.

The woods that make up this flamenco guitar are of the highest quality. The soundboard is made of German spruce, with straight and even grain across its entire surface. The sides and back are made of Indian rosewood, carefully selected woods with an optimal drying and curing process. The finishes are Ricardo’s signature style: simple and elegant.

Unfortunately, the Sanchis workshop has permanently closed its doors, and from now on we can only enjoy their unmistakable guitars produced up until their closure in early 2025. The model we are offering here, the R.S.C., was the top-of-the-line instrument built by the firm at that time, crafted by Ricardo Sanchis Carpio. Both acoustically and aesthetically, it stood out from the rest of the models. The bass notes are powerful and deep, while the trebles are clear and brilliant, showing a perfect balance between low and high tones with a very distinctive flamenco timbre.

The action is medium, and the string height at the saddle and fingerboard is perfectly balanced, providing great comfort for both hands and making execution easier for the guitarist.

The condition is excellent and completely original, with no cracks or repairs of any kind.
