The top is made of German spruce with extraordinary grain, fine and filled with shimmering medullary rays across much of its surface. The back and sides are made of Brazilian rosewood with a deep chocolate tone and beautiful grain. The finishing work deserves special praise, executed with surgical precision, turning the instrument’s body into a work of art in itself.
