This flamenco guitar was built by luthier Alejandro González in 2025. From the beginning, Alejandro combined his passion for woodworking and music. At a very young age, he discovered the world of lutherie almost by chance while working as a home carpenter. It was in a luthier’s workshop where he became fascinated by this craft and decided to dedicate himself entirely to it. Since then, his career has been marked by the pursuit of excellence and a deep respect for the traditional handmade process. We have admired his work for many years and trust him with the restoration of our most special guitars, as he possesses a deep knowledge of wood and an absolute respect for the instruments that arrive in his workshop.

After a long wait, we have finally received this instrument from the admired craftsman Alejandro González. The guitar is built using exceptional tonewoods: Canadian cedar for the soundboard and curly maple for the back and sides, finished with exquisite, sober, and elegant craftsmanship.

The sound of this guitar is truly spectacular. Its warm and authentically flamenco tone reflects Alejandro’s admiration for legendary master builders such as Santos, Torres, and Barbero. The restoration work he has carried out on many instruments from these makers has allowed him to study and apply much of their knowledge in the construction of his own guitars. This becomes evident from the very first notes played on the instrument. It is a guitar with excellent projection, volume, and tonal quality that will undoubtedly stand among the finest guitars in any collection.

The playability of this flamenco guitar is one of the features that impressed us the most. The left hand experiences an exceptional feel, with strings offering very little resistance, while the right hand benefits from a remarkable rebound that allows for great precision and ease when playing. The string height is perfectly adjusted both at the fingerboard and saddle, providing outstanding comfort and effortless playability.
