Flamenco guitar Jerónimo Pérez 2017

This flamenco guitar was made by the young guitar-maker Jerónimo Pérez de Algodonales, in Cadiz, the year 2017. This artisan has managed to be recognised as one of the most promising guitar builders in such a short period of time, due to his own merits and his marvelous instruments. In them, he joins together a careful and dedicated construction along with the best sound, having its own personality. With this, he managed to have guitarists such as Antonio Rey, Paco Cepero, Diego del Morao, Miguel Salado, Bolita, Jesús Guerrero, Antonio Moya… etc. coming to his workshop looking for one of these instruments.

The wood used for the top is German spruce, and spanish Cypress for back and sides. The top has a very accentuated grain, completely straight and uniform. The back and sides are made of cypress wood, with an outstanding quality and beauty. Specially remarkable has to be the headstock: a traditional one, but with an internal mechanism, making accurate tuning possible, without the disadvantages of the old wooden headstocks, combining thus the beauty of the latter with the accuracy and convenience of the modern mechanical headstock.

The sound of this flamenco guitar has great personality. The basses are bright but depth and open, crisp and crystal clear trebles, a perfectly balanced set, with great volume and projection.

The tension is medium, and the height of strings in the saddle and fingerboard, very balanced, all of which provides the guitar with an easy performance and a high degree of comfort for both hands.

The condition of this flamenco guitar is new.
