Classical guitar Antonio Marín Montero Mod. Bouchet 1996

This classical guitar was made by the prestigious guitar maker Antonio Marín Montero, from Granada, in 1996. His guitars have been admired by performers and luthiers all over the world, because of their great quality, concerning both sound and the overall making process, all of which makes him one of the best guitar makers ever.

Antonio Marin´s guitar making system is worth mentioning. For this model of classical guitar, he chose a system which was created in collaboration with the prestigious luthier Robert Bouchet. They both created this guitar model, known as “Bouchet model by Antonio Marín”. It is known for its different structural and design elements, such as transverse reinforcement under the bridge. It can be seen in the images attached, as well as some bibliographic extracts where you can see the handmade maps of the guitar template, and the good relationship between these two geniuses.

The woods employed for this guitar is German spruce for the top and Brazilian rosewood for back and sides. The top has got a very marked, straight and even grain along its whole surface. The back and sides are made of Brazilian rosewood, with an outstanding quality and beauty.

The sound emerging from this guitar possesses some special features and nuances, where the touch from this luthier can be definitely found, a perfect balance between basses and trebles that sublimely combines power and volume with quality and perfect pitch.

This classical guitar has got middle tension, and a perfect height of strings in the saddle and fingerboard, providing the guitarist with a high degree of comfort for both hands, as well as an easy performance.

The condition of this classical guitar is excellent and completly original, without any cracks or repairs.
