This flamenco guitar was built by the renowned guitar maker José López Bellido, one of the most recognized luthiers in Granada. His guitars have seen the stages around the world in the hands of large concert both classical and flamenco.
The wood used for the top is German spruce, and spanish Cypress for back and sides. The top has a very accentuated grain, completely straight and uniform. The back and sides are made of cypress wood, with an outstanding quality and beauty.
José López Bellido is one of our favourite craftsmen from Granada school, indeed. His guitars employ woods with optimal drying and seasoning quality. His guitars hold the genuine sound of the Spanish and Andalusian guitar. This flamenco guitar has this valued bouquet which only time can give the best guitars. Its bass strings are bright, and this beautiful hollow sound makes us think we are before a top-notch instrument. The trebles are quick and penetrating, with astonishing scope and accurate tuning.
This guitar has got medium tension, and a reduced height of strings in the saddle and fingerboard, providing the guitarist with a high degree of comfort for both hands, as well as an easy performance.
The condition of this guitar is excellent and completely original without any cracks or repairs.
