Flamenco guitar José Rodríguez 2008 nº414

This flamenco guitar was made by Jose Rodriguez Peña (Cordoba) in 2008. Considered one of the best builders in Spain, their guitars are used by guitarists and musicians from around the world as Pepe Justicia, Alejandro Sanz, Vicente Amigo, Paco Serrano… etc.

The woods employed for this guitar is canadian cedar for the top and Spanish Royal cypress for back and sides. The top has got a very marked, straight and even grain along its whole surface. The back and sides are made of cypress wood, with an outstanding quality and beauty.

This flamenco guitar has surprised us very positively. This great luthier has always been known for making high-quality instruments with a wonderful sound quality, and this is the trait which stands out in this guitar. Its spectacular volume, along with its overall quality make a really balanced guitar, and very funny, for a particularly reasonable price. A great opportunity, indeed.
