The Californian guitar maker Lester Devoe is the luthier who made this fine flamenco guitar, made in 2022. Lester Devoe is regarded as one of the best flamenco guitar makers in the world. In fact, his pieces of work have been praised and played by Paco de Lucia, Vicente Amigo, Sabicas… both in recording studios and live concerts.
The different woods in this flamenco guitar are of the top existing quality. The top is made of canadian cedar, with an outlined grain, straight and smooth, that endorse its exceptional quality. The back and sides are made of Indian rosewood, with a straight grain and beautiful tones. The finishing is elegant and sober.
This flamenco guitar, just like its cypress “sister”, is undoubtedly a balanced instrument in every sense. In this guitar, we will find every virtue we could ask for a top-notch guitar, but with the scope and “greatness” we find in the best concert guitars, thanks to the characteristics the Indian rosewood gives.
The strings height and adjustment which this guitar allows is simply perfect, this permits an extremely comfortable touch in both hands and an increase in fluidity when playing the instrument.
The condition of this flamenco guitar is new.
