Felipe Conde Crespo: Two very special guitars…


We are very excited to be able to offer our clients these two very high-quality guitars made by the craftsman Felipe Conde Crespo which you will find available in the “NEW GUITARS” section.

This flamenco guitars has been especially made in agreement with Solera Flamenca, and the use of woods that require years of drying and special edging work place this guitar at the top of its category. The genuine Brazilian rosewood, with its relevant CITES, was made at Felipe Conde’s workshop more than 50 years ago (in the 70’s).

It’s a privilege for us to be able to work with Felipe Conde Crespo, a craftsman that was able to learn the luthier’s trade and to evolve without losing the essence of the prestigious name that his surname represents. His guitars display that irreplaceable personality that the best guitarists of all time have always pursued and praised.

Felipe Conde Crespo is the son of Felipe Conde and heir of one of the most important firms in guitar history: Hermanos Conde.

This young luthier has proved he is talented enough, to say the least, for guitar making. His intruments have a careful and down-to-detail making, with a sound of the highest quality, keeping their timbre and strength typical of this firm, but also instilling his distinctive personality.

There is no doubt Felipe Conde Crespo gathers all qualities necessary in order to be one the best guitar makers in Spain, and the perfect heir for the firm he represents. Those qualities are devotion and love for his work, music and the guitar.
