This guitar has been made by the master luthier Felipe Conde, in his workshop, located in 4 Arrieta Street, 2020. Felipe Conde is currently the greatest representative of one of the most prestigious firms of Spanish guitar in history: Hermanos Conde. It is inevitable, just like when we talk about Hermanos Conde we all recall Paco de Lucía with his inseparable guitar from this firm, the same as Pepe Habichuela, Moraito Chico, Cepero, and an endless list of artists who captivated us with their music, born from pure genius and inspiration, where the instrument plays an essential role in the musician´s creative process. Well, this is precisely the secret of the firm. Hermanos Conde succeeded in instilling a very characteristic sound into their guitars. It was different from all the other ones, which the great musicians of that time loved, so the artist felt deeply linked to that sound when they composed and interpreted their music.

The woods employed for this guitar is German spruce for the top and Madagascar rosewood for back and sides. The top has got a very marked, straight and even grain along its whole surface. The back and sides are made of Madagascar rosewood, with an outstanding quality and beauty. The original plantilla and solera used for the making of this guitar, along with the most accurate tools available at present, have resulted in an unbeatable guitar, capable of making us feel and remember the music of the “Maestro” artist on our own hands.

This is, undoubtedly, one of our favourite flamenco guitars in today´s market, ever since we presented it publicly, along with one of the greatest maestros, the luthier Felipe Conde in 2019. It is worth mentioning that this is a collection guitar, so it has been carefully preserved, with very few marks from use. Nevertheless, we have the chance of acquiring one of the best guitars of today´s market for a really affordable price. We must confess we have a soft spot for this guitar model in particular, as it is identical to maestro Paco de Lucia´s instrument. The tension of this flamenco guitar is medium, and the height of strings in saddle and fingerboard is very reduced, providing us with a high degree of comfort for both hands.

Its condition is excellent and completely original, without any cracks or repairs whatsoever.
