This flamenco guitar has been made by the prestigious firm Conde Hermanos from Madrid, in 2009, the period of the best splendor after the death of Faustino and Mariano Conde late 80s early 90. After working together for years on the street Gravina 7, Mariano Conde decided to leave his brother Faustino and open, with her children Felipe and Mariano Conde, his own workshop in the street Felipe V in Madrid. They have run the workshop until 2010 maintaining the building line and tradition that his father and uncle were transmitted.
This flamenco guitar belongs to a set of very few instruments made in a period when the firm was located in Felipe V Street, in Madrid. This model symbolized the epitome of quality in an instument: the very best woods, materials, finishes, sound… The details of the binding works and the making are a true work of art. In fact, only the pegbox, made by the prestigious firm Rodgers, is worth more than 1.500€.
The sound offered by this flamenco guitar is extremely good, matching its high-quality finishes, its powerfully flamenco timbre, surprising scope and tone quality, power, volume… A luxury for the senses, indeed.
The strings height and adjustment which this guitar allows is simply perfect, this permits an extremely comfortable touch in both hands and an increase in fluidity when playing the instrument.
The condition of this flamenco guitar is excellent and completely original, without any kind of cracks or repairs whatsoever.
