This flamenco guitar was made by the master luthier Domingo Esteso´s nephews in the emblematic workshop in 7 Gravina Street. This workshop was owned by Faustino and Mariano Conde. Lots of great performers have been in this workshop. For example, Paco de Lucía, Melchor de Marchena, Niño Ricardo, Cepero, Pepe Habichuela, and so many others.
This flamenco guitar is built with superior quality woods, impossible to obtain nowadays. The German spruce sound top has a perfect veining: straight, uniform and very marked over its entire surface, the back and sides are made of cypress wood, with an outstanding quality and beauty. The finishes are the typical ones of Hermanos Conde.
The sound emerging from this guitar possesses some special features and nuances, where the flamenco touch from this signature can be definitely found. The sound is pure elegance, with deep, well defined bass stops, and crystal-clear
trebles, which are also especially sweet. This guitar has a very particular flamenco timbre, surprising and captivating us from the very first chord.
The tension of this flamenco guitar is medium-low, and the height of strings in saddle and fingerboard is reduced. The height on the fret 12 is 2,5 mm, which allows our left hand to do its job very easily and fluently.
The condition of the guitar is excellent and completely original, without any crack or repair whatsoever.
