This flamenco guitar was built by the prestigious Hermanos Conde de Madrid, in the year 1999. After having worked together in 7 Gravina Street, Mariano Conde decided to work on his own in Felipe V Street, Madrid, where he taught his children, Mariano and Felipe Conde, the art of guitar making. These two children learnt so much that they managed to take over the workshop until 2010.
This flamenco guitar was built with excellent woods. The top is made of german spruce, with an outlined grain, straight and smooth, that endorse its exceptional quality. The back and sides are made of Indian rosewood of outstanding beauty and quality, with a straight grain and beautiful tones.
The sound of this guitar is excellent and a very accentuated flamenco character. The basses are unbelievably strong and deep, the trebles are sweet and clear, with an unmatchable sustain and projection. The harmonics it releases are truly magic. It is definitely a perfect sound, which makes us understand the respect and admiration that this firm gets from the guitar world.
The tension of this flamenco guitar is medium, and the height of strings in saddle and fingerboard is reduced. The height on the fret 12 is 2.4 millimeters, which allows our left hand to do its job very easily and fluently.
The condition is excellent and completely original, without any cracks or repairs whatsoever.
