Following his professional separation from his brother Felipe Conde, with whom he had shared the historic workshop on Felipe V Street for many years, Mariano continued his independent career at his workshop located at 1 Amnistía Street, preserving the tradition of the prestigious Madrid school of Domingo Esteso and Hermanos Conde.

For its construction, a high-quality German spruce top was selected, along with carefully chosen Spanish cypress back and sides. The soundboard displays a straight, even and well-defined grain pattern, while the cypress stands out for its light weight and uniform grain.
