This flamenco guitar was made by the young guitar-maker Jerónimo Pérez de Algodonales, in Cadiz, the year 2021. This artisan has managed to be recognised as one of the most promising guitar builders in such a short period of time, due to his own merits and his marvelous instruments. In them, he joins together a careful and dedicated construction along with the best sound, having its own personality. With this, he managed to have guitarists such as Antonio Rey, Paco Cepero, Diego del Morao, Miguel Salado, Bolita, Jesús Guerrero, Antonio Moya… etc. coming to his workshop looking for one of these instruments.
Once again Jerónimo Pérez has surpassed himself. Without doubt Jerónimo is one of the five best flamenco guitar builders in the world today. Whenever we receive one of his guitars we have the sensation that he can’t keep on improving his instruments, which seem impossible to improve on, and he keeps on proving us wrong! His sound reminds us of one of the best guitars by Manuel Reyes from the eighties that we had a little more than a year ago, deep bass and clean and brilliant treble with a perfect balance and tuning. This guitar is made from an exceptional cypress which has been matured for 30 years and with a soundbox of maximum quality Canadian cedar.
This guitar has the highly-valued “rebound beating” on the right hand, combined with fantastic softness on the left one, thus accomplishing the “perfect instrument”, should we want to spend hours and hours playing non-stop with a nice feeling of ease.
The condition of this flamenco guitar is new.
