Flamenco guitar José A. Villalba 2021

This flamenco guitar is built by the luthier José A. Villalba in Murcia. Prominent disciple of José Luis Romanillos, this guitar maker points to have a fabulous future-as is shown by the opinions of soloists who have passed through his workshop.

After a long time, we have this great craftsman´s collaboration again on Solera Flamenca. The reason why we did not offer his guitars was that his production is really limited (and a long waiting list to purchase one of his guitars). Its quality, as regards both quality and making, as well as the woods employed (German spruce and Aranjuez´s Spanish Royal Cypress), are of superb quality, the very best possible. The guitar will be delivered with a capo that reproduces the head of the guitar.

The sound beats all the expectations one may have before testing a guitar. The bass stops are powerful, with a dry and percussive timbre. The trebles are crystal-clear, with an unbeatable scope and definition. A real gem, capable of making anybody fall in love with it, no matter how demanding they are.

The tension is medium, very comfortable for both hands, due to the reduced height of strings in the saddle and fingerboard.

The condition of this flamenco guitar is new.
