Flamenco guitar Vicente Carrillo Mod. Paco de Lucía 2001

This flamenco guitar was built by the “maestro” luthier Vicente Carrillo in 2001. His experience comes from the long history of the Carrillo family, which he is the seventh generation of guitarists. For this has received the “Regional Award Craft of Castilla La Mancha” and the “National Craft” in 2010. His guitars are famous around the world and used by major soloists as Juan Manuel Cañizares, Niño Josele, Javier Limón… Note that the master Paco de Lucia relied on his guitars for the recording of his work “cositas buenas”.

The woods selected are of a surprisingly high quality. The German spruce top has a really marked, straight and even grain; the back and sides are of cypress of the very best quality, with a really beautiful style and optimal drying.

This “Paco de Lucia” guitar model is quite difficult to find in today´s market, due to the reduced number of units made, along with the emotional link their owners keep with them. This is a guitar which stands out for its spectacular volume, and for providing the performer with exceptional comfort, thanks to its softness all along the fingerboard and the low resistance generated on the left hand, despite having a height slightly above the average for a flamenco guitar, which attains such a clear and clean sound.

The condition of the guitar is excellent and original, without any cracks or repairs of any kind.
