This flamenco guitar has been made by the great luthier Francisco Barba in 1994. He is regarded as one of the best guitar makers ever and his guitars have been (and are) praised and used by some of the best guitarists in the world: Niño de Pura, Manuel Molina, Rafael Riqueni, Pepe Habichuela… and so many others.
The woods chosen for this flamenco guitar are Canadian cedar for the soundboard, featuring a straight and uniform grain, and Brazilian rosewood for the back and sides with a luscious chocolate-toned hue and exquisite grain patterns. This Brazilian rosewood emits a sweet aroma, indicating that it is one of the most exclusive and coveted varieties of Brazilian rosewood by luthiers due to its hardness, beauty, and the quality of sound it imparts to the instrument.
Its sound is truly magical, undeniably one of the top three guitars from this master craftsman that has passed through our hands over all these years. Its sound captivates and seduces in such a way that it commands all the attention in any gathering where the best guitars are compared. A true gem in the history of the guitar with a unique sound that will enhance any collection and delight even the most discerning audience
The tension of this flamenco guitar is medium, and the height of the strings in the saddle and fingerboard really balanced, being highly comfortable for both hands and providing us with an easy execution.
The condition of this guitar is excellent, without any cracks or repairs.
