Flamenco guitar Francisco Barba 2021

This flamenco guitar has been made by the great luthier Francisco Barba in 2021. He is regarded as one of the best guitar makers ever and his guitars have been (and are) praised and used by some of the best guitarists in the world: Niño de Pura, Manuel Molina, Rafael Riqueni, Pepe Habichuela… and so many others.

This flamenco guitar is built with superior quality woods. The German spruce sound top has a perfect veining: straight, uniform and very marked over its entire surface. The back and sides are made of cypress wood, whose beauty and quality are simply magnificent. The edging work details and finishing are simply perfect.

This flamenco guitar has surprised us greatly because of its spectacular trebles. The trebles are full of harmonics all along the fretboard, with an infinite sustain and with a unique clarity and sharpness. The drones are powerful and brilliant, with an immediate response to such an extent that it gives us the sensation of transmitting the sound as soon as we touch them. It is undoubtedly one of the best new cypress guitars we have had from this guitar maker.

This guitar has the highly-valued “rebound beating” on the right hand, combined with fantastic softness on the left one, thus accomplishing the “perfect instrument”, should we want to spend hours and hours playing non-stop with a nice feeling of ease.
