Flamenco guitar José Ramírez 1968

This flamenco guitar was built by the popular José Ramirez signature in 1968, one of the most prolific periods of the firm, which flocked to his shop guitarists worldwide both classical and flamenco, Paco de Lucia, Manolo Sanlucar, Narciso Yepes, Serranito… among many others. This guitar was made by master luthier Félix Manzanero.

The guitar is built with very selected woods, the Canadian cedar sound top has a straight veining, uniform and very marked over its entire surface, back and sides are of a superb cypress with an outstanding quality and beauty.

Its spectacular sound and marked character are other great features of this work of art. The basses are quite powerful but also deep. The trebles are vivid, crystal clear, with great scope and sustain.

The tension of this great guitar is medium, and the height of strings in the saddle and fingerboard very low, favoring significantly comfort in both hands and easying execution.

The condition of the flamenco guitar is very good, completely original, only has a small crack on the bodyside perfectly repaired and documented in the attached images.
